That wont do you any good because if paypal finally
rules that you owe the seller a refund ( and that
is only what we are talking about here ), paypal
will just shut your account down and wont let you
open another one UNTIL YOU PAY the buyers claim.
Your bank account(s) has(have) nothing to do with it really
unlees you are willing to never use paypal again and
just let them shut you down permanently.

The best way is to open an account just for paypal.  Do not use your 
personal account for anything related to paypal.  If something like that

happens then there will be no money in the account and you can go ahead 
and try to fix the problem with paypal, meanwhile your real account is
