My production system is Photoshop CS2+Bridge+Camera Raw, but I'm using Lightroom v4.1 beta with K10D RAW/DNG format files and getting excellent results. The more I use it, the better it gets as my understanding and skills with Lightroom improve. There are just a couple of details about the workflow automation I need to work out as yet before I move to Photoshop CSx + Lightroom to do all the work. I've also found LightZone to be a useful image editing tool. Mostly for B&W, however, where its Zone System approach to editing seems to make the most sense.
