Looks very similar to the first shot.  Have you tried a much wider
angle lens and perhaps different heights for the shot?  Maybe laying
down and showing the headstone much more dominant in the foreground or
something.  The tree seems rather large to get a good shot with that
particular focal length.  Those are my thoughts.
