Size, space in the body, unnecessary cost for the vast majority of the intended user market. Fitting dual slots into a sub-$1000 camera is a total waste of money for the majority of users. Fitting dual slots into a $3000-6000 professional camera body is a very different thing. If Pentax gets this out the door for around $4000 or so, I know a number of Canon 1DsII users who would jump to it. I tell ya, if this thing hits the market for that price, I'll be wanting it immediately. Dunno how I'll pay for it yet ... !
