Hi Godders,
I'm still on 10.3.9. Can't get the system software to install. I'm 
going to call that support number you gave me today.

In addition to "Premium Presentation Matte  and "Presentation Matte" I 
see "Ultra Premium Presentation Matte." I might assume that was a 
pseudonym for Velvet Fine Art, except I also see VFA greyed out. 
However, my prints look very good, but I'd certainly like to compare 
them to one made using what seems to be the correct print setting. As I 
said, I am able to use the correct ICC profile. I have the very latest 
Epson Drivers installed. I downloaded them just a few weeks ago.
