What do you mean by "accidentally"? I've mistaken the lens release for the DoF preview on my LX, but the lens didn't come off because I didn't rotate it; had to make sure it was re-locked, but I've never pushed the release button by mistake and had the lens just come off. Nikons have the lens release on the other side and I have trouble changing Nikon lenses because they rotate the "wrong way".
