I can't answer for that specific card. I've got a couple of 150X 4GB OCZ cards that work great with the K10D with the 1.10 firmware update. Neither my external reader nor the one built into my laptop will read them, though, even though they don't seem to be SDHC based on the markings on the cards and the "literature" on their web site.
