I'm pretty sure the SDHC ExtremeIII runs as fast as the smaller cards of the same name, but I will be confirming that before I buy. Right now I am using UltraII cards, which read/write half as fast as ExtremeIII cards, and mostly they are fast enough, sometimes not though.
