I think he meant you didn't send us links to any examples..... :) - I've started shooting nothing but raw after I saw what I could rescue because of it.... I do the raw converting in photoshop elements 5.0 although I have a file converter that came with the darkside camera too and I dont think I could have gotten away with some of the stuff I shot over the weekend if I had not been shotting raw. I tend not to shoot quite as freely as a result of not having as much room on a card and I think thats a good thing. As it is there are too many decisions to make But Mark Roberts and others can explain better why it is "a good thing" ann > > > >>>>"David Savage" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 7/9/2007 10:27 AM >>> >>>> >>>> >Steve, I think your missing something :-) > >Cheers, > >Dave > >On 7/9/07, Steve Desjardins <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > >>Hey folks, >> >>I've been playing with some raw files using Pentax Photo Laboratory. >>I've been using raw+ so I can compare my results with the in-camera >> >> >JPG. > > >> I usually set the sharpening higher but these are outdoor shots and >> >> >the > > >>default color is pretty good.
