Send it in for service. Most electronic problems require board  
replacement for resolution. You can't fix it yourself.
Or buy the K10D. Then send it in for service. And don't drop either  
one. A neck strap worn religiously will ensure against that. No, it's  
not cool. But you won't drop your camera.
