Part of it I really like.  The showing of movement and takeoff really
works well.  What weakens it a bit is the actual bird and reflection is in such 
a
dark area and doesn't really stand out very well, so I almost don't
see it at first.  It is certainly worth the effort you put in to it.

I would like to see it without the reversed splash - since that is
actually how it looked, just to see what I think.
