Yup! Got a portable-type tv with VHS built-in for offspring to maul brain 
with about 3 months ago. Record heads knackered (multi-coloured flashes 
on recorded images despite head cleaning) so back to the store it was 
bought from. Up to them to send it off wherever it needs to go, which 
they readily accept. Downside is it'll be away for 2 or 3 weeks and so my 
pristine family VHS machine will play host to 16 viewings per day of 
Rugrats in Paris...
