As mentioned in a previous post I bought the Epson Perfection V700 flatbed scanner which also scans negatives.
I seem to recall there are other members using this scanner and I simply would like to get some comments on using it. I have already been scanning negatives using it's original software. But I also got the Silverfast software. However I haven't yet looked into it. What's the word on Silverfast? Any other comments, experiences, hints or advice on aspects I might overlook on the V700 very welcome. (Previously I have only been using the Minolta Dimage Scan Speed F-2800 film scanner and have never thought it to be very good, or it (bought second hand) may not be working properly.)
