What kind of macros are you interested in taking? Fast moving things
like insects? Or on the other extreme, still life? And by macro do you
mean at least 1:1 or is 1:2 good enough? Or do you want the ability to
get much larger than life size?

Answers to those questions would help narrow down the recommendation.
If you're unsure I'd highly recommend starting with the
Vivitar/Cosina/Phoenix/Pentax 100mm f3.5 macro. It's light and
inexpensive.
