Sorry, sometimes I am a bit harsh.... A couple of years ago, I did a bunch of film tests involving microscopic examinations of the grain structures of as many print films as I could lay my hands on. This was done in part because of Kodak's nonsensical PQI method of grain measurement, and my rather foolish pronouncement that Kodak films were technically every bit as good as Fuji. It turned out that Kodak wasn't even close. The Kodak films came off looking pretty bad compared to Fuji when I put them under the microscope.
