Give the guy some credit, he was a trailblazer who transcended the petty link between the review of a camera and the need to actually hold it.
Many have followed his lead. In next Tuesday's "Amateur Photographer" there is a comparison between the Canom 1DsIII, medium format film and the Mamiya ZD. The reviewer states that whether the Canon can produce "better" images than medium format film is a "very subjective question" A detailed comparison will follow at a later date. (never knew detailed meant not imaginary!) The ZD is given an arbitrary points reduction to allow for "progress" in general standards of photographic equipment since it was tested in 2006. And the WINNER with 92% is the only contestant actually looked at - the Canon. Medium format film has no actual score but still comes second ahead of the ZD on 79%. And you ingrates think that Kenny boy is unscientific and cavalier in his opinions. At least he is free unless you voluntarily send him some money. I pay a subscription to Amateur Photographer!!
