I ordered a 58mm/1.4 Nokton from Stephen last week. Yesterdsy, I recieved a box 
from California. 
Upon opening it, I discovered he had shipped the 40mm Ultron instead. It 
appears to be a nice 
little lens, but I am not going to take it out of it's box, as it is going back.
I emailed Stephen last night, asking him how we were going to resolve this, 
fully expecting that 
he would ship the correct lens after receiveing the 40mm lens back.
This morning, I got an email from him to send the wrong lens back, and that he 
would ship the 
new lens immediately, and also an email confirmation from the USPS that it was 
on it's way.

Stuff happens in the real world, and you can't expect a person to get things 
100% right 100% of 
the time. You don't find out how good a person's customer service is until you 
have to ask them 
to fix an error.
Stephen is an excellent person to deal with, and I wholeheartedly recommend him 
as a person to 
do business with.
