That's a 95" gear, which to me sounds plenty high for city riding.  I 
don't see someone needing anything that high even for off-road or hills 
with a load.  If you're riding rural road without a load, or if you're 
trying to spin down hills, you might need something higher.

The tourer will have a 48-13 for the high gear (100").  I don't 
anticipate using it much.
