Dave: I have to tell you that I'm always a little hesitant to open your PESOs that have food as a subject. If you remember, around last Christmas time you posted an Australian favorite that looked something like, well, like turds in dark gravy, though I'm sure it tastes very good. :-) I've never forgotten that shot. However, your food shot here is much more pleasing to the eye--& I'm a huge fan of mince pie myself. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my psyche to eclipse your gravy shot with your pie shot. :-) Cheers, Christine
