Bronze is made of Copper and Tin, both are in high demand lately, enough 
so that it's worth stealing bronze, there seems to be a cycle in this, I 
remember there was a rash of copper thefts, (empty beach houses would be 
broken into and their copper piping ripped out, in the off season), 
about 15 or 20 years ago...
