Good luck - you can do it!

You may find jogging more efficient than cycling. If you work up to 20
minutes jogging every other day you will lose a lot of weight very
quickly. This is the way I did it (Scroll down to "Conditioning

It works, despite his claim that "Incidentally, running isn't likely
