Thanks all for the tips, posted here and direct to me. I had heard that about cycling the other day, but, sounds like its a good way to start, build up some leg strength.
I have tried walking, but with the arthritis in my feet, caused by years of gout attacks, does not let me go more than 2 days then i have to stop. I'll look for good walking shoes and go from there. Don't worry about me starting to jog to fast. LOL Maybe Erin was right. Get a dog and walk it.:-) Dave On Sun, Jun 15, 2008 at 4:36 PM, William Robb <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Mark Roberts" > Subject: Re: OT Motivation > > > >> Mont importantly, find some people to work out with on a regular basis. > > I am finding attaching a car tyre to my dog and going for a brisk walk is > helping get started on the road to fitness, both for me and Jester, who is > starting to develop a most satisfactory physique. > > William Robb > > > -- > PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List > [email protected] > http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net > to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow > the directions. > -- Equine Photography www.caughtinmotion.com http://brooksinthecountry.blogspot.com/ Ontario Canada -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
