Per panel.  That is (I think) the same card as mine and mine has two DVI 
outputs.  Why would you need the extra video processing power for still image 
editing?  The bottleneck in that application has been (for a long time) 
read/write speed.  It's possible, I suppose, that you may create another one 
with two big screens to drive.  As I understand it.....
