Not all subjects are so black and white.
I'd think an exception could be made for notifying photographers about important
laws being proposed that would affect copyright law!
Those who publish their photographs would have a real need to know.
Is this list made up of all amateur photographers who will never run across
copyright issues or want to know about them?
