I finally got around to taking a black and white film class this semester at 
the local community college.  As it turns out, I was just in time.  All of us 
in the class were surprised when they told us it would be the last film class.  
With two sections, both full and with waiting lists, it looked like it wasn't 
going anywhere soon.

It turns out that the Graphical Communications area, which is what photography 
falls under, is being remodeled.  Initially, the plan was to outfit a new 
darkroom, but the head of the department decided he could use the space better 
for something else.  Anyway, I'm glad I made it in.

Here is the first print I made.  I took the picture at the Choctaw Labor Day 
Festival in Tuskahoma, OK.
