That's not an issue, the State of Hawaii has confirmed that they do
have a valid Birth Certificate on file for Obama. Frankly on the birth
issue, McCain had a bigger issue since his status as Natural Born was
retroactively applied by congressional fiat in the mid-30's (1936
IIRC). He was born in the Canal Zone in Panama.
It was 1937, the year AFTER McCain was born, but made retroactive to 1904.
However, it is moot.

"The Congress shall have Power ... To establish an uniform Rule of
Naturalization,"
*2* It's long settled in law that the child of American Citizen parents
(mother) is a "natural born citizen", whether born in the US, a US
possession overseas, US military installation overseas or just plain
overseas anywhere.

*3* Congress recognized the citizenship of children born to U.S. parents
overseas under the first naturalization law of 1790 (1st U.S. Congress):
"And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born
beyond sea, or outside the limits of the United States, shall be
considered as natural born citizens."

Last time it came up was in 1968, when Mitt Romney's daddy, George
Romney ran for President. He was born in Mexico city to Mormon
expatriates. His grandparents left Utah when the U.S. Government
outlawed polygamy.
*4* If anyone's going to offer this horse-crap argument that Obama's not
a "natural born citizen", then Barry Goldwater was not a "natural born
citizen" either when HE ran for President; since Arizona was not
admitted to the union until after HE was born.
Barry Goldwater was born in Phoenix, Arizona on January 1, 1909, more
than three years BEFORE Arizona was admitted to the Union on February
14, 1912.
AND IN FACT -
Hawaii WAS admitted to the Union Aug 21, 1959 almost two years BEFORE
Barrak Obama was born IN THE STATE OF HAWAII on August 4, 1961.
