Can you use 120 film instead of 620 film in an old Brownie Hawkeye?

With some effort, yes. You have to re-spool the 120 film it onto a 620
spool:
* 120 spool: 2.466″ length, 0.990″ flange, 0.468″ core
* 620 spool: 2.468″ length, 0.905″ flange, 0.280″ core
