Some you can, some you can't. All were designed for 620 film but some of the earlier ones will accept the slightly larger 120 rolls and while the key that advances the film is a bit slopy in the 120 slot, it will advance. Newer cameras were less tolerant. You can always adapt them or re-roll 120 onto 620 spools. The old brownies made surprisingly good pictures, in spite of their simplicity, so it might be worth it. Heck I've even gotten quite good at rolling my own 620, but I use it in a Medalist II.
