Don't let that 620 core get away, you'll never get it back.

Respool the exposed film back to a 120 core if you have to send it out for
processing.  DO NOT try to backwind it straight off the 620 core to a 120
core because the film and paper might buckle as you approach the attachment
tape.  Take the film and backing paper entirely off the take-up core, and
then spool it onto a 120 core taking care to start at the beginning and not
the tail.  

Tell us how you fare.  I've got some 620 cameras and should use them before
film completely vanishes.
