You can always use it to roll back and forth around that 60x20 feet,
hell a an extra large plastic trash can turned upside down and properly
accessorized and you can be a dalek.
Hell get one of these and you can do without the trashcan...

I would **love** a Segway. Sadly not legal to use on public highways or
footpaths here, and as my estate only measures 60 feet by 20, probably
not quite large enough to make use of its raison d'etre.
