Check your receipt, Stan. See if there is a comparable number printed
on it. I didn't get a card either (through my ins. co.), but I did get
a $100 gift card number on my packing list, which was from my ins. co.
by the way, not B&H - though they (B&H) did drop ship it FOR my ins.

special access code number on your shipping receipt that gives you
a $100 discount on your next purchase. And that has to be used by
Dec. 31st. You might see if Pentax came out with a rebate on the
K20D that replaced the gift card deal.
