Nope - nothing on the receipt.
My order date was Nov 9, by the way. Obviously between then and now
they have made at least one adjustment in their pricing/marketing
approach for this camera.

Check your receipt, Stan. See if there is a comparable number
printed on it. I didn't get a card either (through my ins. co.),
but I did get a $100 gift card number on my packing list, which was
from my ins. co. by the way, not B&H - though they (B&H) did drop
ship it FOR my ins. co..

I got a B&H Gift Card worth $100, no expiration date shown. That
was a couple of weeks ago on K20D #1. When I ordered the #2 body
three days ago, no gift card, no special offer (except for the
Pentax 3-year extended warranty, a pass-through from Pentax). The
price had gone down $50, so a net increase of $50 between two
weeks ago and now.

Actually, you don't get a card (when they offered it) you get a
special access code number on your shipping receipt that gives
you a $100 discount on your next purchase. And that has to be
used by Dec. 31st. You might see if Pentax came out with a rebate
on the K20D that replaced the gift card deal.
