We do get 4% vacation pay, payed out just before Xmas, so that's nice. The Markham location has gone union, again, this is try number three, and I don't know why. We are part time, wages are set by the school boards, they have never given in the last two times they went union for benefits, higher wages etc. I suspect it will disband next year, when they get sick of paying $26 a month for nothing.
