Finished off two rolls last week, one colour and one of TX-100. Used the colour in a Russian copy of an early Leica , amazed to find again how good the Industar lens is for the price. Flares like crazy in cross-lighting, but good resolution and colour balance. Shot the TX-100 in a Spotmatic: the battery was playing up however, and I didn't have time to get a new one, so I went back to estimating the exposure from the "Sunny 16" rule. It will be interesting to see how close I can still get it!
I still have a couple of rolls in the fridge, as well as some VP-120 for my Rolleicord - I'll have to shoot it soon, I really like using those old, often manual cameras. With the Rollei I use a Sekonic light-meter, which is still dead accurate although probably over 30 years old. Its almost 2009 - Who's still shooting 35mm film? I have only shot one roll since going with a DSLR a couple years ago. I am wondering, anyone on this list still using 35mm film at all, or still using 35mm film full time?
