I am still shooting film for creative, personal and non-commercial projects. I still have a lot of film cameras (manual focus mechanical types like the MX with one odd MZ3) to keep active and keep my imagination and skills tested. I just shot off my last roll of Ilford Delta and processed it (D76) and wondering if I should replenish anything along that line since I can convert to BW anytime from digital shots and even color film photos (http://www.flickr.com/photos/bongmanayon/3094352907/).
I would continue to use slide film for my sunsets as long as someone processes them here in the Philippines (as of now, only one lab handles E-6). I could never *consistently* catch the ball of the setting sun without reducing it to a messy hotspot with a DSLR, so I always have a slide film along (see http://www.flickr.com/photos/bongmanayon/2964383536/).
