They're doing targeted marketing.
K-M, or K-Mama is for new mothers who want something better than a
point and shoot, but don't want to lug around something as huge as a
K20. They've got other's in the works too.
For sports photographers, they're boosting the buffer size and
processor clockrate to improve framerate and focusing, They'll call it
the K-O.
Malaysia will get a targeted version called the KL.
To try and capture the affluent gay market, they'll make a special
version of the white KM with rainbow stripes, badged as the KY.
