In fact, it *was* because of the limited number of pages. (There was a substantial price difference for Blurb books over 120 pages.) As editors, we considered various solutions to the problem of having more photos than pages; printing a few, slightly smaller, two to a page, for example. In the end, there was no perfect solution, so we did the best we could to include at least one from each photographer while keeping a unified feel to the book to the greatest extent possible.
