You make me think when my father and I traveled to Honduras, Central
America shortly after Hurricane Mitch hit. We came across a tent city
in the southern portion of the country. I wonder if it is still in
place. If it were not for Haiti, Honduras would be the poorest country
in this hemisphere...

Today I visited Sacramento and took pictures of the tent city (new homeless)
there. Also stopped and had lunch with Bruce Dayton. I got shot nothing
great, I was aiming more for reporting.
I'll be throwing up a small GESO soon with a little bit about my experience.
For now, this is really the best of the crop. In the distance, along next to
the railway line you can see more tents. I would estimate about four hundred
scattered around here and there.
