Inaccurate in what way?

No worse perhaps. Won't disagree with that statement. But no better
either, and it requires more work to get to that point since I hve to
import to the Library before I can do so. Bridge does the same job a
bit better with no requirement to import first. The search features
are not something I use, so no benefit there for me. Lightroom doesn't
gain an advantage over anything else until you start taking advantage
of Keywording and/or searching and if I don't chose to take advantage
of those features, I have to do more work to use the parts I do use,
while Bridge just works.

Once again, not saying LR can't do it. Just saying its more work to do
in LR than in Bridge if I don't want/need keywording or search.

Importing is just another step I have to do if I want to use LR. And I
don't want the benefits of LR's Library, so I don't use it. LR means
more work for me, not less given my workflow.
