I suppose if you factor in the DA 14mm *is 14mm* and the other two are slightly 
longer it would make a difference to perceived sharpness. Not wanting to revive 
a recent thread!! That DA* 16-50 is a cracker though, I'm envious that you have 
all three lenses, I'd like to add the DA 15 Limited to my prime 
kit.........someday.

As a matter of fact, the results surprised me as well.
Actual lens orders (from left to right) are:
Corner shot: 15mm - 16-50mm - 14mm
Center shot: 16-50mm - 15mm - 14mm

I shot three doubles in random order and the results were the same every
time. Seems I do have a really good sample of DA*16-50 lens. Both fixes
are from our Pentax dealer (DA15 is brand new, DA14 is a rental service
lens).
