We have that same problem here. I don't know if it's due to loud music, daydreaming or just general stupidity, but Toronto drivers (some of the worst I've encountered anywhere, BTW) seem to think that a 120 decibel siren on an emergency vehicle means "maintain your course, keep driving in the lane you're in at the speed you're going". Then there are those that think it's a good idea to pull into the slipstream of passing emergency vehicles so they can pass all the suckers (only about 10% of vehicles on the road) who actually did pull to the right and stop. cheers, frank -- "Sharpness is a bourgeois concept." -Henri Cartier-Bresson -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
