I dunno. Depends on your printer driver, I suppose. Whether it's saving a batch of proprietary settings or generating a true ICC profile. Save one and then go look in C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color and see if a new .icc file shows up there. Of course, what works, works.
