It says:

Now, I can get the browser (Konqueror) to lie to the server about what
browser it is, but generally I don't bother.

"Use current browser" produces a black page with a busted image
reference icon in the middle of it, nothing else.  After ~15 seconds,
the page appears and works fine.

Not what I'd describe as completely friendly behaviour.
