but...is it me or...? 4. I find the buffer slow: maybe writing a 14mp RAW file takes longer than 10mp but on the same SD card I found it slow.
Check to make sure you have the lens geometric corrections turned off. It's slower than an *istD otherwise.
5. While shooting at my threshold of 1/20 I lost more to camera shake than I would with the K10D; is it because the different size/weight needs getting used to or is there something I do not know about its SR?
SR is about as effective as it is on the K20. I think using the 77 at 1/20th may be pushing things a bit.
