should use the box "Additional info" to say "By clicking the Submit button I

What's EBC anyway?
Those terms make everyone involved in the EBC look ridiculous too. Tell them
so.
Britney Spears tried to pull off a similar one when recently touring Sweden,
demanding that all photographers transferred all rights to their pictures to
her (!) after a few weeks. All major newspapers refused and not a single
picture of her show was published in the papers.
If I recall correctly also the Spice Girls tried to do the same a long time
ago with similar results, except that they also were booed at because of
that.

And that, in my opinion, is the way to deal with something like this.
Tell them you don't accept their terms and won't photograph their event
for them. Tell them why. If enough photographers do so, they'll get the
message.
In the meantime, I'll photograph at events where they don't have such
onerous terms, and avoid involving myself in unwanted litigation.
