Looks like a late 30s Studebaker coupe ... based on what I can see of
the grill & headlights; the hood ornament and the grill trim extending
down the side of the hood; the tail light with the license plate mounted
above it.

My guess is a 1937 Studebaker Dictator Business Coupe.
