I think I like the revision. You might want to boost the contrast just a bit on the tram only, but I think the increased detail makes for a more interesting shot overall. However, I still like the original as well. Whether one bumps on the first version or not may well depend on familiarity with the tram.

Hmmm  to me the tram itself is
incidental, in a way... part of a silhouette pattern... I liked the weird colors of the 
contraption that hauls it in the dusky
light... keeping it a a silhouette is what works for me but I'll take 
that parenthetical comment as a compliment :)

to be that box car thing. On

my  monitor it is a black blob. Maybe you wanted


it to be just a

silhouette, but  since my eye keeps going to it..

Bring up a tad more detail in the black blob?
