The F version was rated better on the old "Photodo" web site. Since the F and FA versions are optically identical, this is probably due to either production tolerances in the individual lenses tested or suboptimal consistency of the testing (or both). Along with a big dose of "eBay Irrationality", of course (remember when the M 40/2.8 was going for $300 or more?) -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
