I never gave up on my turntable, still have one here. It should need a
new needle, just need to figure out the model # etc and a place to
buy.

The Source sells a trun table that can DL the Vynal onto the computer
and or ipod. Might just get one. I'll have to see if having USB 1.1 is
a limiter. Lat i checked at the source is it does not work on a Mac,
or at least did not at the time. I have firewire and USB 2 on this.
