Subject: Dream Lens
With all the rumblings about the new D-FA 100 WR not being a lens
anyone
wanted, I've been wondering:
What is your dream lens that does not yet exist in the current Pentax
lineup?
How about a fast standard?
Lets say something in the 28-30mm range with a maximum aperture of f/
1.4-1.6.
Maybe a DA* so it isn't competing with the the 35/2.8 LTD
I figured that at least one other person would be on the same track as
me. Until ISO 3200 is as clean as ISO100 is now, that 2/3 of a stop
between f/1.8 and f/1.4 will make a difference in clarity in low light
photos.
- Explain why Pentax really ought to make this lens.
Because to be a real camera company a standard lens is kinda de
rigueur.
